What is the minimum amount for an online order?
There is no minimum for an online order.

How can I get more information on an item?
If you have a question on any product, please call customer service at 800-899-1869 or contact us and we will respond as soon as possible.

Can I add items to an existing order?
You may not add to an existing order. You must place a separate order.

When can I pick up my order?
Pick up orders can be placed online. Please allow at least 48 hours for pick-up orders to be ready.

Will I be charged tax?
Sales tax will be charged on merchandise from all pick-up orders and orders shipped within the state of Louisiana, where we have physical operations.

I am tax exempt, how do I avoid being charged tax?
Tax exempt customers in the state of Louisiana must send us their tax exempt certificate to avoid being charged sales tax.

When will I receive an invoice for my order?
Once the order is processed we will e-mail you a copy of your invoice. Please make sure to check your trash or spam folder for the possibility it may go there. You can also login to your Customer Account to view your order history & print order invoices.

How do I track my order?
Within 1-2 business days of placing an order you will receive a conformation email with the tracking number and expected delivery date for your order. You can also login to your Customer Account to view your order history & order status.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Unfortunately we do not accept purchase orders at this time.

Shipping & Delivery
The Mardi Gras Spot ships everywhere in the USA, Canada, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses. “Standard” shipping rates apply to orders going to Canada, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Overnight delivery is not available to these territories.


How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are automatically calculated upon checkout. To calculate shipping costs place your desired products in the cart and complete the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” calculator below the cart. Freight charges are based on package weight and destination. Different methods of delivery will result in different prices. Oversized and dimensionally-sized boxes are subject to additional charges. We have made every effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible. We recommend that you place your orders early enough to take advantage of the least expensive shipping method.

Can shipping rates vary?
The rates shown on our website are estimated based on the weights and dimensions of the items being shipped. Shipping charges may be different than the actual charges for your shipment. Differences may occur based on actual weight, dimensions, and other factors. If by chance your freight runs higher than the estimated rate provided by the website we will contact you to confirm the charges before we ship out.

What shipping options are available?
To meet the estimated delivery date your eligible purchases may be shipped using either ground or air shipping services.

  • Regular Delivery includes either USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery/Ground, with deliveries Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Expedited Delivery service orders including Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Express need to be placed by Noon CST, Monday through Friday, for same day shipping due to pick up times from FedEx Express Services.

Can I ship a package to an address other than my billing address?
Sure! The billing address and the shipping address need not be the same, however the billing address must match the address on file with the issuing bank.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship from New Orleans, Louisiana.

  • Fed Ex Ground Delivers Monday through Friday
  • Fed Ex Home Delivers Tuesday through Saturday

Why is my shipping this amount?
The Mardi Gras Spot uses discounted FedEx rates due to our high volume of shipping. Some people are surprised at how much it costs to ship beads, but put simply, beads are not lightweight! A case of beads can weigh as much as 35 pounds. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package(s), the distance to be delivered, and the method of delivery (Ground, Express, etc.).

When will my package arrive?
Orders placed before 12:00PM (Noon) Central will process and ship the same day, orders placed after 12:00PM (Noon) Central will process the next business day. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us once your package has shipped from our warehouse with the tracking number. Simply click on the link provided in the e-mail notification or login to your Customer Account to check the status of your order.

When will my package be ready for pick-up?
Orders placed on the website will be available for in-store pickup 48 hours after the order is placed. Login to your Customer Account to check your order status.

Returns & Replacements
In the event that you need to return merchandise, please call customer service at 800-899-1869 or use the contact us form. We must be notified of your desire to return merchandise within 7 days of receipt of your order. You must contact us before attempting to make a return. We only accept unopened items for return, and any decision to accept a return is at our discretion. We do not accept returns on costumes, hats, masks, wigs or food items. There is a 15% restocking fee, shipping is non-refundable, and you must pay the return shipping costs.
